Job summary

SR Technics Holding in Switzerland is seeking an experienced EASA PART-147 Engine Training Instructor to lead and deliver high-quality engine training worldwide. You will prepare materials, ensure compliance with aviation regulations, and act as SME in training product development, with travel as a regular part of the role.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in aviation maintenance, engine technician certifications on CFM56, GTF, LEAP or PW4000, and a bachelor’s degree in engineering or education,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in aviation maintenance or a similar field.
• Certification/experience as Engine Technician on CFM56, GTF, LEAP or PW4000 variants.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and/or education.
• Willingness to travel worldwide.
• Certified as a technical trainer is preferred.
• Proficiency in English and/or German (B2/C1).

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality training at required location using modern tools and tailored learning methods.
• Prepare training materials, facilities, and documentation for theory and practical sessions.
• Set learning objectives, monitor progress, report course data to administration.
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert in training product development and business projects.
• Promote a strong safety, compliance, and continuous-improvement culture.
