Job summary

SR Technics Line Maintenance AG, headquartered at Zurich Airport in Switzerland, seeks an experienced technical trainer to deliver high-quality aviation training worldwide and support maintenance professionals across locations.

The role requires AML B1/B2 certification, at least 5 years in aviation maintenance, proven teaching experience, willingness to travel regularly, and proficiency in English and/or German.

Qualifications

• Certification as a Technician (AML B1, B1&B2, or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years in aviation maintenance or a similar field.
• Proven experience in technical teaching and preferably certified as a technical trainer.
• Willingness to travel worldwide and travel regularly.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and/or Education or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English and/or German, minimum Level B2 (C1 preferred).

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality and cost effective training at the required location using modern tools and tailored learning methods.
• Prepare training materials, facilities, and documentation for theory and practical sessions.
• Set clear learning objectives, monitor individual student progress, foster a supportive learning environment, and report course data to administration.
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert in training product development and business-related projects, contributing to the precision of technical content.
• Promote a strong safety, compliance, and continuous-improvement culture.
