Drive a customer‑first mindset across the organization by ensuring that insights shape the development and optimization of Roche’s portfolio. Coach and mentor teams to utilize cutting edge technology, generative AI, forecasting techniques, analytics and data sources (including but not limited to primary and secondary research, syndicated data, CRM data, real world evidence) to understand and predict market evolution, customer attitudes, needs, behaviors and perceptions. Cross‑Functional Collaboration and Influence: Collaborate with other cross functional teams, such as R&D, Product Development, Medical Affairs and with critical “must win markets”, to set the insights foundations and capabilities for the development of integrated strategies and solutions that deliver value for patients and the healthcare ecosystem.
