argенx is seeking a Global DT Lead Development to steer the technology vision for Development, partnering with R&D and clinical teams to enable trials and data-driven decisions. You will translate scientific needs into scalable digital ecosystems and ensure compliance across GxP and data integrity while driving cross-functional collaboration.

You will lead a global team, shape the operating model, and foster co-creation with vendors and internal stakeholders to accelerate therapeutic delivery

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of Digital Technology / IT experience in biopharma or life sciences.
• Experience supporting Clinical Development, R&D, or GxP-regulated domains.
• Proven track record leading large-scale technology portfolios and transformations.
• Experience with senior stakeholders in global Development, R&D, or Clinical Ops.

Aufgaben

• Define the technology vision and multi-year roadmap for Development aligned with R&D and clinical strategy.
• Serve as strategic interface between DT and Development leadership for priorities and outcomes.
• Govern Development technology initiatives from ideation to value realization and tracking.
• Lead a coherent digital ecosystem for trials, data platforms, and Development operations.
• Advise on Development technologies, translating complex needs into scalable solutions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (GxP, data integrity, validation) and quality standards.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in Development processes through digital capabilities.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across Development, Data, Regulatory, Quality, and partners.
• Lead global DT Development team with talent development and succession planning.
• Shape the operating model for Development within the DT organization and governance.
• Build strategic partnerships with vendors to inform decisions and maximize value.
