Qualifications
- Experience in customs operations with knowledge of regulations and clearance procedures, more than 2 years
- Knowledge of customs laws and clearance processes
- Proficiency in customs systems, ERP software, and a strong inclination towards using digital automation tools
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in German
- Allowance to work in Switzerland
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and adaptability to digital workflows
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify customs documentation in compliance with national and international regulations
- Manage customs declarations and perform clearance procedures
- Handing out customs documents to clients
- Communicate with clients
- Stay up to date with evolving customs regulations
