Zusammenfassung

FORFIRM is seeking an experienced Corporate Actions Analyst to join our international team in Lugano. You will contribute to processing and governance of corporate actions for Swiss and European banking clients.

The ideal candidate has hands-on knowledge of mandatory and voluntary events, strong risk awareness, and meticulous attention to detail to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in Italian and English is required; knowledge of Bloomberg or Telekurs is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in corporate actions processing across mandatory and voluntary events.
• Strong risk awareness and ability to operate in deadline-driven environments.
• Italian bilingual or native level, English minimum B1, both mandatory.

Aufgaben

• Identify risk scenarios in corporate actions processing and implement controls.
• Process client elections and instructions on voluntary actions within timeframes.
• Interpret and record corporate action information into the Corporate Actions system.
