This role combines accounting expertise with systems ownership and global stakeholder management in an international environment. You will drive month-end close, intercompany reconciliations, and consolidation across currencies, while supporting FCRS enhancements and reporting initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of accounting, financial reporting, group accounting, consolidation, audit, or related Finance function.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post global adjustment entries during month-end close.
• Monitor intercompany reconciliations and investigate discrepancies with affiliates.
• Perform monthly consolidation of financial data across multiple currencies and scenarios.
• Collaborate with Reporting Leads to complete monthly consolidated results; document system controls (SOX).
• Provide guidance and training to local affiliates on accounting and reporting matters.
• Participate in consolidation and reporting initiatives and cross-functional projects.
• Support ERP and FCRS enhancements, testing, and change management.
