GC International AG in Lucerne seeks an experienced hands-on Consolidation Manager (f/m/d) to join the global headquarters. You will oversee monthly consolidation, ensure timely reporting under Swiss GAAP FER, and coordinate with external auditors across regions.

You will improve group-wide consolidation processes, maintain the Cognos system, and train local entities on accounting treatment. Fluent German and English are required; a strong finance background with a focus on controls is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree in Finance & Accounting required.
• Swiss GAAP FER knowledge and group consolidation experience expected.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements in finance systems.

Aufgaben

• Oversee monthly consolidation process including IC difference clean-up.
• Coordinate audit work papers with external auditors and management.
• Prepare annual consolidated Group Financial Statements per Swiss GAAP FER.
• Support annual report preparation and group-wide reportingCalendar maintenance.
• Maintain and enhance Cognos system for consolidation and automation.
• Ensure Group Chart of Accounts consistency within Cognos.
• Coordinate IC activities for all Swiss entities and provide guidance to local teams.
• Support governance of Internal Control System at Group level.
• Lead process improvements and finance transformation initiatives across regions.
