Job summary

Michael Page (Switzerland) is seeking a Consultant for the Commodity Trading sector to manage recruitment assignments from briefing to placement. You will build an understanding of client hiring needs and translate them into clear candidate profiles, source professionals, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews while maintaining clear communication with clients and candidates.

• Experience in recruitment, sourcing or talent acquisition.
• Knowledge of commodity trading roles and candidate markets.
• Ability to manage recruitment processes from briefing to placement.
• Confidence conducting candidate interviews and presenting profiles.
• Ability to build professional relationships with clients and candidates.
• Good organisation when coordinating interviews, applications and records.
