Zusammenfassung

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Global Cold Chain & HVAC SME to provide technical leadership for temperature-controlled storage, refrigeration, ULT systems, HVAC, and monitoring across the CTD network. You will establish engineering standards, drive harmonization, and guide capital planning while mitigating operational risks.

You will influence a matrix organization, partner with regional directors, and lead multi-site capability roadmaps and risk assessments.

Qualifikationen

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree; advanced degree highly preferred.
• Fields: Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical) or related technical discipline, or Business Administration.
• 10+ years of progressive Cold Chain, HVAC, facilities or related engineering experience in regulated environments.
• Experience deploying engineering standards, strategies, or capability programs across multiple sites.
• Expertise in temperature-controlled systems, environmental monitoring, risk management, and lifecycle asset management.
• Ability to lead global initiatives and influence senior stakeholders without direct reporting authority.

Aufgaben

• Serve as global technical authority for CTD Cold Chain and HVAC; establish standards and best practices.
• Harmonize capabilities across CTD network; translate standards into site-level solutions.
• Lead technology evaluation and decision-making for Cold Chain, HVAC, and related tech.
• Provide escalation support for complex engineering challenges and major projects.
• Develop and maintain global capability roadmaps; align with growth and strategy.
• Lead standardized assessments to identify gaps and risks; prioritize roadmaps.
• Ensure qualification, validation, and lifecycle management meet regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and partnerships to accelerate deployment of best practices.
