CTC Resourcing Solutions is assisting a leading pharmaceutical client in Basel to recruit a Clinical Research Scientist/Coordinator for a one-year contract with a potential extension. The role focuses on study leadership for predominantly global, lower-complexity studies, with support for higher-complexity trials as needed.

You will lead protocol development, coordinate with medical leaders, and manage cross-functional activities, site selection, and data interpretation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor in life science/healthcare required; Advanced degree preferred (PhD/MD/PharmD/Masters).
• Approximately 2+ years’ experience in clinical trials/development.
• Fluent oral and written English.
• Residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required.

Aufgaben

• Lead or support clinical protocol development in collaboration with Medical Lead and other line functions.
• Develop study-level operational execution plans with cross-functional partners.
• Identify and select strategic sites to ensure recruitment commitments.
• Lead or support global cross-functional teams to deliver trial milestones.
• Review clinical trial data, interpret results, and support publications.
