Zusammenfassung

Zurich Resilience Solutions (ZRS) seeks a Global Head of Climate Resilience to own and advance the global advisory proposition. You will lead a multinational team, shape climate-related risk solutions, and partner with Sustainability, Underwriting and risk engineering to embed resilience into Zurich’s offerings.

You will drive thought leadership, engage with customers and external partners, and ensure delivery of high-impact climate resilience programs across markets.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience in climate risk, sustainability or risk advisory.
• Strong expertise in physical and/or transition climate risks.
• Experience in risk engineering and underwriting.
• Proven track record delivering advisory propositions in international environments.
• Commercial success in building/growing a business.
• Ability to translate technical climate concepts for senior stakeholders.
• Excellent English communication; additional languages are a plus.

• Own and grow Zurich Resilience Solutions' global climate resilience advisory proposition.
• Lead thought leadership, external publications, and conference participation.
• Lead a team of Climate Resilience professionals delivering risk solutions.
• Oversee customer-facing advisory teams across regions and countries.
• Embed climate resilience into propositions and go-to-market strategies.
• Monitor market trends and translate insights into actionable initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sustainability, Risk, Underwriting and other stakeholders.
