Kelly is seeking an Integrated Operations Lead based in Schachen, Switzerland, reporting to the Director of the FSP program. You will provide operational and client relationship support for regulatory, clinical operations and related teams, delivering governance and scalable service delivery.

You will manage talent recruitment processes, coordinate with matrix and program managers, track milestones and budgets, and work with stakeholders to exceed client expectations across the US and EMEA.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred with staffing management experience.
• Experience with staffing services or talent management leadership is desirable.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
• Ability to influence customers and drive strategic solutions within programs.

Aufgaben

• Maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction with program performance and workforce output.
• Drive recruitment process management including vetting and onboarding coordination.
• Lead business development activities and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to grow revenue and improve service delivery.
• Conduct governance reporting and quarterly business reviews (QBR) with clients and Kelly leadership.
• Represent program milestones and ensure budgets are followed and performance targets are met.
