• 15+ years of technology transformation and global services leadership.
• Proven experience designing Global Capability Center operating models and shared services.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and large ERP transformations.

• Define global operating model and site strategy for Lonza's Capability Center network.
• Develop long-term multi-site transformation roadmap and milestones across Centers.
• Serve as enterprise design authority for Capability Center strategy and governance.
• Lead the End-to-end technology strategy for the Capability Center including platforms and automation.
