Wella Company seeks a seasoned Marketing Leader to drive brand innovations from concept to market deployment. You will lead a multifunctional team, own brand fundamentals and visual identity, and manage budgets with precision while coaching junior marketers.

You will coordinate with R&D, education, and external agencies to ensure timely, market-fit packaging and communication assets across key markets, leveraging data and trends to win in beauty.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in marketing, Business management or Economics.
• 5-7 years’ experience in global/regional marketing roles or local marketing in beauty.
• Strong track record of strategic view, energizing teams and executing strategy.
• Autonomy in problem-solving with minimal guidance and stakeholder management.
• Interest in beauty trends and creative thinking.
• Organized with ability to lead multifunctional teams and manage timelines.

• Bring to life brand innovations from project brief, financials, packaging design, to 360 activation and markets deployment.
• Lead multifunctional team.
• Own the brand fundamentals and visual identity.
• Manage project budget with accuracy.
• Coach junior members of the Marketing team.
• Coordinate with agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver packaging designs.
• Develop communication and toolbox assets from strategy to execution for markets.
