Zusammenfassung

Abbott's Established Pharmaceuticals Division (EPD) in Basel is seeking a Director of Global Alliances for Biosimilars & Biologics. You will lead strategic alliance management, ensuring collaboration and governance across licensing partners and global markets to maximize value and pipeline growth.

You will also identify licensing opportunities, negotiate agreements with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive portfolio expansion in a rapidly evolving biosimilars landscape to support Abbott's

Qualifikationen

10+ years of industry experience, preferably within a Business Development role or related commercial function.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and travel.
Proven track record in negotiating strategic partnerships and managing alliances to drive transactions.
Knowledge of biosimilar and biologics markets and key stakeholders is advantageous.
Fluency in English is required; Spanish proficiency is a plus.

Establish governance frameworks with partners, including business reviews and joint steering committees.
