Job summary

Zurich Cover-More, part of Zurich Insurance Group, is seeking an Audit Manager to lead global integration audit activities and implement interim/target state controls. You will collaborate with Group Audit, regional centers of excellence and stakeholders across the organization to deliver high-quality audit outputs.

The role requires extensive experience in Internal Audit within insurance, strong reporting skills, and the ability to work in a fast-moving international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field or professional qualification (CPA, CIA, CISA or equivalent, MBA or equivalent)
• 6+ years of relevant experience in Internal Audit, Risk Management or Compliance within the Insurance industry or +8 years in Insurance business positions
• Strong understanding of Internal Audit Standards and methodology and internal control frameworks
• Excellent report writing skills
• Experience in complex, fast moving, international organizations
• Strong relationship management and influencing skills with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience/understanding of Data, IT and AI applications
• Excellent project management skills and ability to coach teams
• Fluent verbal and written English

Responsibilities

• Lead risk assessment, audit planning and scoping for global integration projects
• Deliver high-quality audit reports with business impact and root-cause analysis
• Collaborate with regional and group audit teams and IT/Analytics centers of excellence
• Drive adoption of innovative audit approaches including Data Analytics and GenAI
• Foster a culture of quality, collaboration and continuous learning
