Takeda Pharmaceutical Co. in Zurich, Switzerland seeks a senior leader to own the Analytical LCM strategy for the Dengue vaccine. You will drive cross-functional alignment across MSAT, QC, QA, Regulatory, and IT to ensure robust control strategies and timely tech transfer.

The role requires 10+ years in pharma/biotech with vaccine analytics, AQbD experience, and a track record in regulatory submissions. Base salary is competitive with CHF range and a full-time, on-site work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Education: BS/MS in Microbiology, Virology, Immunology, Biochemistry, Biology, or related discipline (PhD preferred).
• Experience: 10+ years in pharma/biotech with depth in Analytical Development and/or QC, especially live-attenuated vaccines.
• Control strategy & filings: Experience in analytical control strategies and regulatory submissions (IND/IMPD/BLA/MAA).
• AQbD / validation & lifecycle: Understanding of AQbD, risk-based validation, and lifecycle management.

Responsabilités

• Single point of accountability for global Dengue vaccine analytical LCM.
• Owns and drives the analytical LCM strategy and roadmap.
• Collaborates with MSAT, QA, QC, Regulatory, and IT to align plans and resources.
• Drives digital-forward analytical technology and platform modernization.
