Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of strategic portfolio management experience in a global org.
• 3+ years leading complex AI/digital transformation projects with exec-level stakeholders.
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Project Management, or related field.

• Own the enterprise AI use case portfolio with defined intake and prioritization.
• Define roadmap, milestones, and investment priorities for AI initiatives.
• Monitor portfolio performance and value realization across business units.
• Maintain governance dashboards and centralized tracking for leadership.
• Collaborate with BU/Function leads and governance bodies on strategy.
