• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience and provide customized purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and support store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with store leadership to improve experiences and outcomes.
