Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Architect for the Swiss Solution Engineering team, focusing on Marketing Cloud Next and Data 360.

You will work with pre-sales engineers to deliver technically demanding customer journeys, build proofs of concept, and contribute to MarTech architecture designs. The role requires deep technical expertise in marketing technologies, APIs, and real-time data integrations, with a strong customer-centric approach and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Solution Consulting, Technical Architecture, or similar roles.
• 3+ years working in Digital Marketing, Marketing Automation, CDP, and AI.
• Experience with MarTech architectures and integrations with CRM, commerce, content and analytics systems via APIs, ETL and event streaming.
• Self-starter who can learn, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Native in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teams, partners, product and industry experts.
• Co-lead client technical workshops to ensure ROI and architectural fit.
• Present and demonstrate technical solutions addressing business challenges.
• Build proofs of concept and prototypes on Marketing Cloud and Data 360.
• Contribute to MarTech architecture designs and guide integrations from senior architects.
• Stay informed on innovations in customer experience management.
• Share successes and learnings with the team.
