Upscale Interiors AG in Zurich invites ambitious students to join as Entrepreneur in Residence (m/w/d). You will work with the founding team on core business topics and learn how to develop and grow a scale-up interior design platform.

We seek a highly entrepreneurial, independent thinker who speaks English and German, with a strong work ethic. Remote work with mandatory office days in Zurich, Switzerland offers a steep learning curve and real ownership.

Qualifikationen

• Currently pursuing a B.A./B.Sc./Master in Business Administration, Economics, etc.
• Ability to work independently with a strong entrepreneurial drive
• Digital native with very good English & German skills
• You have an insane work ethic. You work tirelessly and don’t mind going the extra mile
• Excellent communication skills and creative out-of-the-box thinker
• B-work Permit in Switzerland
• Working Remote but with office days in Zurich-City

Aufgaben

• Product & Strategy: collaborate with founders on platform development and new products
• Marketing & Operations Automation: improve automated marketing and operations, analyze KPIs
• Business Development & Sales: refine pitches and customer acquisition initiatives
