The role sits between business stakeholders and the AI Engineering team to facilitate rapid AI adoption. The position is onsite three days per week with a six-month initial engagement. Fluency in German is essential, and prior experience in financial services helps.

For our financial services client we're looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer to work on an AI project on an initial 6 month basis.

You will be responsible for sitting in between the business and the AI Engineering team to facilitate the AI adoptions at speed. This will involve running workshops with senior business stakeholders to understand their requirements. Working with the technical AI Engineering team to indentify areas for AI Agent adoption, writing functional specifications and overseeing the projects within this space. Workshops and documentation will be in German, so you should have fluent spoken and written German.

• Fluent German
• Experience working as a Business Analyst / Requirments Engineer
• AI project experience (not just private use)
• Good technical knowledge around AI Agents, Harnesses, etc
• Ideally Financial Services experience
• Swiss based, available to start from November onwards.
• This role will require you to be onsite 3 days per week
