Viking Cruises seeks a Payroll Manager to lead the end‑to‑end German payroll for about 700 employees at our Basel HQ in Switzerland. The role reports to the Senior Payroll Manager and includes a potential temporary assignment.

You will run monthly payroll in SAP and SuccessFactors, verify master data, and produce reports for authorities and insurers. Fluency in German and English, and strong SAP/Excel skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of professional German payroll experience.
• Advanced knowledge of German wage tax, social security regulations and labor law.
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
• Experience with SAP payroll systems (SAP).
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Independent, precise and reliable work approach.
