GHOL, the reference hospital for the Western Lake Geneva region with facilities in Nyon and Rolle, invites you to join as a senior nurse leading geriatric care within the EMS “Les Jardins du Léman.” You will develop autonomous nursing practice, lead a diverse team, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team.

You bring a Bachelor of Science HES-SO in Nursing, strong communication and empathy, and EMS or acute care experience is a plus, to help provide high-quality life for residents.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science HES-SO in Nursing or equivalent required.
Strong communication and empathy essential.
Experience in EMS or acute care is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead nursing care and coordinate resident support in geriatrics.
Foster trusting relationships with residents and families.
Supervise nursing students and collaborate with the care team.
