VF EMEA offers a 12-month Digital Retail Technology & GenAI Intern role in Stabio, Switzerland. You will support the design, analysis and evolution of digital retail solutions across stores and omnichannel platforms, focusing on GenAI use cases and data‑driven decision making.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into scalable, technology‑enabled solutions and contribute to pilots, dashboards and continuous improvement activities.

Qualifikationen

• Interest in Retail Technology and store tech.
• Knowledge of GenAI concepts (LLMs, prompts, analytics).
• Analytical mindset with problem structuring and data interpretation.
• Familiarity with digital platforms, data flows, APIs or cloud-based systems is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate in cross-functional, international teams.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Aufgaben

• Analyze and document retail technology processes (store systems, OMS, clienteling, omnichannel flows).
• Contribute to GenAI initiatives, including use-case discovery and evaluation.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and solution concepts.
• Collaborate with product owners, engineers, data teams and stakeholders across EMEA.
• Contribute to data analysis, dashboards, or insights for decision making.
• Support pilot initiatives, PoCs, and continuous improvement of digital retail platforms.
