Intrinsa AG in Switzerland is seeking a skilled Fullstack Developer to join a small team delivering AI-enhanced learning and behavioral measurement products. You will own the codebase, work on Laravel, React with TypeScript, and integrate LLM APIs, with direct input from the CEO.

Remote-friendly with occasional collaboration from Uetikon am See, you will push production-ready features, write tests, and help scale the platform for enterprise customers in the DACH region.

You become our developer – not one of several,the one. Direct line to the CEO, no layer in between.The CEO leads you on priorities, product and business context. On thetechnical side you take over from our current developer.
