Artificialy, an AI company based in Switzerland, is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to lead and contribute to the development of software products. You will work with the AI engineering team to build key features and improve code quality.

The role involves acting as technical reference, designing scalable solutions, integrating AI models, and contributing to CI/CD and monitoring practices. A strong backend with Java/Python and modern frontend skills is required.

Qualifikationen

• BS/MS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• 4+ years of full stack development experience.
• Proficiency with Java (Spring) and Python (FastAPI).
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React/Vue/Angular + TypeScript).
• Experience building RESTful APIs and working with SQL/NoSQL databases.

We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to lead and contribute to the development and evolution of our software products. You will work closely with the AI engineering team, taking a hands‑on role in building key features and continuously improving code quality and development practices.

About the Role

• Act as the technical reference for product development, contributing to the technical direction and evolution of the company's software AI products
• Develop and maintain core product components and features, collaborating with the team to deliver new functionalities and improve existing ones
• Design and implement scalable and efficient technical solutions, integrating AI models, pipelines, and services into applications while working with AI experts in NLP, optimization, computer vision, etc., depending on the needs
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to code quality, consistency, testing, CI/CD, and application monitoring practices
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and high‑quality delivery
• Participate in strategic technological decisions and help shape product and engineering roadmaps

Qualifications and Skills

• 4+ years of full stack software development experience, including contributive architectural design
• Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• Strong proficiency in backend technologies such as Java (Spring) and Python (FastAPI)
• Strong proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular with TypeScript), including ecosystem tools and best practices
• Solid experience with APIs, databases, containerized environments, and modern development practices (Git, CI/CD, cloud-native or microservices architectures)
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design
• Experience building RESTful APIs and working with modern HTTP-based architectures
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience with Docker, Git, and modern CI/CD pipelines
• Proficiency in Italian and English

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of C++, Rust, or other programming languages
• Experience with Kubernetes or similar deployment and automation tools
• Understanding of microservices and distributed systems, as well as cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP or Microsoft Azure
