ITech Consult AG is seeking a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer to shape a new platform for digital client onboarding and lifecycle completion. You will design, develop, and operate services within a DevOps team, ensuring security and scalability for a Swiss banking context.

The role requires strong Java, Kotlin, and Angular skills, cloud and DevOps experience, and collaboration with stakeholders and architecture teams. Hybrid work in Switzerland is offered.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of professional experience in application development with strong backend/frontend skills.
• Hands-on experience with Java, Kotlin and Angular in production.
• Experience with cloud technologies and DevOps methodologies.
• Proven hands-on experience in Client Onboarding or Client Lifecycle Management in a bank or financial services setting.
• Strong collaboration with business stakeholders, PO, and architecture teams.

Project:

For a long-term project with a Swiss bank, we are looking for an experienced Senior Fullstack Software Engineer to help shape a new platform for digital client onboarding and digital product completion.

Responsibilities:

• Design, further development, and operation of internally developed services within a DevOps team
• Implementation and verification of solutions while considering internal and external security standards
• Optimization and further development of operational and development processes
• Participation in the design and further development of services, as well as actively contributing to the platform
• Providing technical advice to business stakeholders regarding feasibility, solution options, and decision-making
• Close collaboration with Product Owners, Business Engineers, and Architecture teams to develop optimal solutions

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in application development, with strong experience in Java, Kotlin, and Angular
• Experience with cloud technologies and DevOps methodologies
• Mandatory: Proven hands-on experience in Client Onboarding, digital product completion, or Client Lifecycle Management within a bank or another financial services company during the last 3 years
• Experience in technical collaboration with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and Architecture teams
• Experience in designing and implementing solutions and providing technical advice to business stakeholders
• Completed degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
• Independent, communicative, and team-oriented way of working
