Job summary

RegAid GmbH is seeking a software engineer to build and maintain critical laboratory and regulatory systems. You will move designs into production, ensure reliable operation, and collaborate directly with scientists and regulatory colleagues.

You should enjoy talking to users, be fluent in English, and be capable of learning Python/Go/TypeScript as needed. Basel or remote work options available.

What you will do

• Build new systems for laboratories and regulatory teams, from finished designs to production.
• Keep the systems already in use running: releases, monitoring and support.
• Work directly with the scientists and regulatory people who use them.
• Ship every week, tested on real data.

What you bring

• You have shipped software people depend on, and kept it running after launch.
• Go, TypeScript and Python, or strength in one of them and the will to learn the others.
• You like talking to the people who use what you build.
• Fluent spoken and written English. Experience with laboratory or scientific data is a plus, not a requirement.
