Zusammenfassung

Solenix is seeking a Front-end Software Engineer to design and implement the GUI of a distributed ground segment software system. You will build a modern web application enabling operators to view complex system states and plan, task and monitor activities across connected systems.

The role requires strong TS/JS skills, React or Angular experience, REST API integration and a focus on usable, responsive interfaces. Basel-based hybrid work arrangement offered.

Qualifikationen

• University degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Experience developing single-page apps with React or Angular.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
• Experience integrating front-ends with REST APIs.
• Familiarity with front-end testing frameworks and automated testing.
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows (GitLab).
• Eye for usability and clean visual presentation.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Fluent in English.

Aufgaben

• Design and implement web front-end apps using React or Angular.
• Translate UI requirements into responsive, accessible interfaces.
• Integrate front-end with backend REST APIs and real-time data feeds.
• Implement visualisations of system status and plans.
• Write automated front-end tests and support verification activities.
• Participate in design discussions and agile ceremonies.
