Velocity Switzerland, a boutique fitness studio with Enge, West and Zug locations, is seeking a Front Desk Manager to run operations, enhance guest experiences, drive sales and engage the local community.

You will lead a friendly team, manage front desk duties, class setup, retail, and events while upholding Velocity’s high service standards. No prior fitness industry experience is required, but passion for fitness and hospitality is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Valid Swiss work permit or residence.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coordinate the studio’s Customer Service.
• Manage Front Desk: greet customers, check in, provide towels & shoes, etc.
• Set up studio for class, including lights, music, Veloboard tech and booking system.
• Create and maintain a motivated, personable team.
• Supervise the studio’s retail operations.
• Pro-actively solve day-to-day studio management issues.
• Willingness to perform manual tasks like washing towels and cleaning bikes/floors.

Velocity, Switzerland's first boutique fitness studio, is looking for passionate hard working team members in our Enge, West and Zug studios.

Velocity is a growing chain of innovative cycling and power studios challenging the status quo of indoor cycling. Each class is a full-body workout designed to reboot and strengthen both your body and mind. Velocity combines an intense cardiovascular sweat and full body toning reinforced by the authority of music.

As Velocity’s FRONT DESK MANAGER, you are accountable for all aspects of running Velocity in one studio location. You manage and lead the overall operations of the business. You are accountable for fostering the ride culture both in-studio and out in the community with sales, marketing and events.

You do not need previous experience in the fitness industry. But a passion for fitness and hospitality is essential. You will lead and inspire to transform the way our clients feel.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and co-ordinate the studio’s Customer Service

• Manage Front Desk (Give a warm welcome to all customers, Check Customers in, provide towels & shoes, etc.)
• Help new customers get set-up
• Set-up Studio for class, including turning on lights & music, setting up Veloboard technology and setting up front of house booking system
• Create and maintain a motivated and highly personable team
• Supervise the Studio’s retail operations
• Pro-actively solve day to day Studio management issues
• Happy to do manual work like washing towels and cleaning bikes and floors
