Swisslinx in Zurich seeks a senior Front Arena developer to implement and enhance structured products solutions across the full value chain—from Front Office to Mid Office and risk functions.

You will own design, development, testing and deployment of robust Front Arena capabilities, working within an agile environment. Strong communication and ability to operate in a fast-paced setting are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience with Front Arena in trading or capital markets.
• 8+ years of hands-on development with Front Arena AEL, ACM, and ADFL (all required).
• Strong understanding of capital markets, especially structured products and equity derivatives.
• Solid knowledge of financial product lifecycles including cash flows, corporate actions, expiries.
• Practical experience with Front Arena data models, workflows, and platform architecture.
• Experience with agile environments using Git or Bitbucket.
• Strong communication across technical and business teams.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage priorities.
• Flexibility to support business activities during Swiss/public holidays when markets are open.

Aufgaben

• Customise and extend Front Arena to deliver new risk, pricing, and valuation capabilities.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy robust functionalities across trading and back-office ecosystems.
• Take end-to-end ownership of critical services for high availability and production stability.
• Lead integrations between Front Arena and surrounding systems like pricing, market data, and risk engines.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve complex production incidents efficiently.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure alignment with architectural and security standards.
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance performance, scalability, and resilience.
• Contribute to change and release management within a SAFe agile environment.
• Ensure compliance with governance, risk, and regulatory standards.
