ITech Consult AG in Zurich is seeking a Front Arena / Python Application Engineer (m/f/d) – CI/CD / On-Call / Change for a 12-month assignment.

You will contribute to the Front Arena trading application, focusing on Prime, ADS, AEL and ADFL modules, develop in Python, and work with equity derivatives. Front Arena / Python Application Engineer (m/f/d) – CI/CD / On-Call / Change / ZH / 100%

Project:

Participation in the further development of the Front Arena trading application in the area of trading in structured products (Structured Trading). The focus is on the technical further development as well as the stabilization and expansion of existing functionalities within the Prime, ADS, AEL and ADFL modules. The assignment is full-time for 12 months in Zurich.

Responsibilities: Core Responsibility (MUST)

• Further development of the Front Arena application (Prime, ADS, AEL, ADFL) for securities trading in the area of structured products
• Advising the business department on technical and functional implementation options
• Implementation, testing, documentation, and introduction of code changes

Responsibilities – Requirements:

• Several years of experience as a developer with Front Arena, particularly ACM and ADFL
• Very good programming skills in Python
• Knowledge of equity derivatives and structured products (valuation, lifecycle) is an advantage
• Independent, proactive way of working as well as strong communication skills and resilience
• Basic understanding of securities trading (Equity & Fixed-Income Trading)
• Quick comprehension of complex interrelationships and dependencies
