GEODIS in Zürich invites applications for an Apprentice/Trainee (Kauffrau/Kaufmann EFZ). You will perform general administrative tasks, manage documents, organize schedules, and support daily office operations to grow within a global logistics provider.

You will use MS Office and databases, communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, and assist with air, road, and sea freight shipments. This hands-on program emphasizes teamwork and skills development through school projects.

Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled in Kaufmann/Kauffrau EFZ apprenticeship.
• Proficient with MS Office and data handling in databases/CRM
• Strong communication with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.

• Perform general administrative tasks: manage documents, organize schedules, handle correspondence, and support daily office operations.
• Use standard business applications (MS Office, databases, CMS) and maintain digital files with data security in mind.
• Communicate professionally with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person; handle inquiries and resolve issues.
• Support organization and tracking of air, road, and sea freight shipments; prepare and check shipping documents; assist with bookings and scheduling; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate in teams, contribute to projects, help plan small events, and develop professional and social skills through school projects.

• Support the organization, coordination, and tracking of air, road, and sea freight shipments; prepare and check shipping documents; assist with bookings and scheduling; and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Collaborate in teams, contribute to project work, help plan and implement small events or initiatives, and continuously develop professional and social skills through practical assignments and school projects.
