Kulm Group is seeking a hairstylist for the luxury mountain hospitality segment. You will create trendy hairstyles, elegant updos, and color highlights while delivering an exclusive guest experience in a high-end setting.

The role requires at least 2 years of hairstyling experience, strong creativity, and fluency in German and English. Seasonal work runs from December 20 to late February 2026, with accommodations and staff meals provided.

Qualifications

• Completed training and at least 2 years of experience as a hairstylist.
• Creativity, passion for fashion, and a strong sense for individual client needs.
• Excellent communication skills, service-oriented mindset, and fluency in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual consultation and hairstyling at a high level, creating trendy hairstyles, elegant updos and color highlights.
• Deliver exclusive service for discerning guests, from scheduling appointments to serving refreshments for a luxurious experience.
• Recommend premium haircare products (Philip B) to guests and provide informed guidance.
• Ensure smooth salon operations and uphold the highest hygiene standards.
• Set fashion-forward accents and enhance each guest's personal style through trend-inspired styling.
• Seasonal work period: December 20 – approx. end of February 2026.
