Job summary

coni + partner AG is seeking a Framework Analyst Operational Risk for a Geneva-based private bank. You will review risk management frameworks, facilitate risk identification and monitoring, and develop methodologies and tools to manage risk across the bank.

The role requires understanding of Swiss banking regulations, strong analytical skills, and ability to work under pressure in an international environment. English plus French and German are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; CIA or CPA credentials are a plus.
• Experience as risk process manager in an international bank.
• Good knowledge of Swiss banking regulation and risk landscape.

Responsibilities

• Review existing risk management framework and processes.
• Facilitate identification, evaluation, and monitoring of risk across the bank.
• Prepare risk management reports for management meetings and external auditors.
