Richemont is seeking a dedicated analyst to support the fragrance market analysis within the Strategic Planning team. You will source competitive data, produce standard reports, and lead ad hoc projects related to merchandising and brand strategy.

This role requires strong analytical capabilities and fluent English, with French as a plus. Ideally you have 1–3 years of relevant experience, possibly in a strategic consulting or fragrance-focused environment, and are proficient with Microsoft

Qualifikationen

• Strong analytical skills with ability to turn data into strategic insights.
• Fluent in English; good knowledge of French is a plus.
• Experience as a strategic consultant/analyst is a plus, especially in fragrance or luxury sectors.
• Professional usage of Microsoft Office tools and data presentation abilities.

• Lead fragrance market analysis initiatives and data structuring.
• Produce recurring reports (press review, financial analysis, trend review).
• Support the Strategic Planning department processes and annual brand equity reviews.
• Collaborate across groups to share insights and participate in meetings on new product developments.
