Richemont Iberia SL is seeking a talented analyst to join the Strategic Planning team in Geneva. You will drive fragrance market analysis, produce key category reports, and lead cross-functional projects within the Group Marketing framework.

Reporting to the Group Fragrance Services Director, you will coordinate with Maisons and other groups, organize biannual events, and contribute to strategic planning processes. English fluency is essential; French is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Strong analytical skills required.
• Interest in luxury industry and fragrance.
• 1–3 years of significant professional experience in a strategic/analyst role is a plus.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.

Aufgaben

• Run the fragrance market analysis capabilities of the department.
• Produce recurring reports for the category: press review, financial analysis, trend review.
• Lead ad hoc projects for the Maisons and Group management, notably on merchandising.
• Organise two community events per year with Maisons representatives.
• Coordinate with other Group Marketing departments on fragrance-related expertise.
• Prepare and accompany meetings with the Group Fragrance Services Director, including participation in olfactive assessment sessions.
