Job summary

KeyPartners is seeking an FP&A Business Partner to join an international organization. You will partner with finance and operational teams, delivering financial insights, supporting strategic decisions and driving performance improvements across global operations.

You will develop dashboards and reporting processes with Power BI, analyze variances, and support working capital management while ensuring accurate and transparent financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in financial controlling, FP&A, business controlling, financial analysis or a similar position.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex financial and operational data into actionable business insights.
• Solid experience with Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Practical experience with Power BI, particularly in developing dashboards, analyzing data and improving reporting processes.
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.
• Experience in the shipping, maritime, freight forwarding or logistics industry is a strong advantage. However, candidates from other industries with relevant financial controlling and business intelligence experience are also encouraged to apply.
• A proactive mindset, strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze financial performance, operational costs and key business indicators.
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost optimization and improved profitability.
• Conduct in-depth financial analyses and investigate performance variances.
• Support working capital management and monitor foreign exchange exposure.
• Prepare and review regular financial reports, ensuring accuracy and transparency of information.
• Develop and improve reporting tools, dashboards and analytical processes, particularly through Power BI.
• Collaborate with finance and operational teams to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and digitalization of finance processes.
