Overview

Founding Creator / Head of Production role at Bloom (YC X25). This is a growth-role focused on brand-building and virality, with responsibility to shape culture and help build a company that changes how the world develops software.

Base pay range

$65,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Drive Bloom’s brand and virality as a founding creator on the growth team.
• Prototype, test, and publish creative content across formats (filmography, editing, hooks, campaigns, storytelling) to accelerate growth.
• Operate with AI daily, staying plugged into AI trends and culture.
• Move from idea to publish in hours; iterate quickly based on performance data.

Qualifications / Core Traits

• Deeply creative and experimental across formats and growth hacks.
• Ability to leverage AI daily and stay connected to AI-driven culture.
• Speed and high agency; strong execution from concept to publish.
• Ambitious, high work-ethic, data-driven; focused on impact as well as craft.

Bonus

• Experience with launch videos, promo videos, and motion graphics.
• Hands-on community building (e.g., 30k+ followers across platforms).
• Experience with startups or building/monetizing your own brand.
• Experience hacking growth loops behind viral content, UGC, and affiliate/creator programs.
• Portfolio-ready work with Bloom or demonstrated interest in Bloom’s approach.
