You will lead testing, analyze data, build reports, and contribute to tester networks and testing processes while aligning with global On standards; travel may be required to connect with target consumers in key markets.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3+ years in footwear/sportswear testing or related field.
• Experience analyzing large datasets and presenting insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel globally to engage target consumers.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

• Set up processes to ensure efficient testing cycles and timely feedback.

• Lead qualitative and quantitative footwear testing and real-world validation.
• Provide corrective action plans in alignment with cross-functional teams.
• Build and maintain a tester network and support testing calendars.
• Manage testing data in systems and databases to ensure high-quality reporting.
