• Experience in Footwear/Sportswear Testing or Development.
• Knowledge and passion for performance sports.
• Strong capability in handling and visualizing large datasets and presenting testing results.
• Willingness to travel globally on occasion.

• Define & execute rigorous testing strategies across durability, fit and performance.
• Set up processes for efficient testing cycles with timely feedback loops.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify testing requirements from product briefs.
• Analyze data to develop reports with insights for project stakeholders.
• Lead qualitative and quantitative footwear testing and real‑world validation.
• Provide corrective action plans with cross‑functional teams to address test fails.
• Ensure verification meets On standards for fit, comfort, performance and quality.
• Build and maintain a tester network and drive testing engagement events.
• Support cross‑functional testing projects and manage data in testing systems.
