Zusammenfassung

Timberland EMEA, based in Stabio, Switzerland, seeks an Associate Merchandiser, Footwear – DTC to drive accurate product data, GTM readiness and strong assortment execution across stores and digital channels.

You will support line plans, adapt assortments for Full Price, Outlet and Kids, and coordinate samples and GTM deliverables with cross-functional teams. A data-driven mindset and detail-oriented approach are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Strong focus on data accuracy across product data, line plans and merchandising trackers.
• Ability to analyze sell-through, bestsellers, slow movers and seasonal opportunities.
• Experience coordinating with multiple teams to ensure timely GTM deliverables.

Aufgaben

• Support footwear assortments across DTC channels (stores and digital), maintaining line plans and product lists.
• Adapt global assortments to DTC needs (Full Price, Outlet, Kids) and identify gaps in size curves and price positioning.
• Own accurate product data entry and maintenance in PLM, pricing and SKU attributes.
• Maintain line lists, merchandising trackers and product information with high attention to detail.
• Coordinate sales samples and showroom readiness for DTC channels and GTM deliverables.
• Ensure product information is available on time for retail and digital teams to enable seasonal execution.
• Track product performance across DTC channels and support seasonal reporting.
• Highlight risks and opportunities using performance insights for improved assortment execution.
• Collaborate with DTC Merchandising, Planning, Retail and Digital teams to align on timelines and data quality.
