Your Mission

• Operational Implementation:Oversee the technical flow of the product creation process, driving the day-to-day work required for on-time production.
• Decision Enactment: Drive the alignment necessary to ensure the team’s strategic decisions are documented, communicated, and enacted across the function.
• Technical Problem Solving: Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and technical hurdles, ensuring the project remains synchronized with performance goals.
• Information Stewardship: Lead the meticulous documentation of all processes and technical decisions, providing a reliable and transparent source of truth.
• Functional Synchronization: Act as the central point of coordination for Design, Sourcing, Testing, and Biomechanics experts, ensuring all cross-functional partners are integrated.
• System Refinement:Work autonomously to identify product efficiencies and monitor costs to meet pricing targets without sacrificing quality.
