Duluth Public Schools is seeking a Floating School Custodian I/II/III to cover East High School, Ordean East Middle School and surrounding elementarys. 40 hours/week, Tuesday-Saturday, 1:00pm-12:00am. Starting wage $19.62 with benefits. Hours may vary and position may float to other sites.

The role involves cleaning, basic maintenance, and coordination with site staff. Training includes monitoring evening activities and ensuring security after hours.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• One year of custodial experience or related facilities work.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks and operate various cleaning equipment to care for school facilities.
• Perform basic building maintenance as required.
• Assist other custodians and coordinate with Building Engineer and supervisors.
