Job summary

The Schürmatt Foundation is seeking temporary support in Zetzwil to care for and assist 5 adults with disabilities in a mixed living group. The role focuses on providing person-centered care aligned with each client’s needs and resources, while promoting participation in social life.

You will enrich daily life with structured activities and support personal development, working within a dedicated team. This is a 50–80% interim position with immediate start until January 2027.

• Experience and interest in care and support of people with disabilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• High resilience, patience, and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Care for and support 5 adults with cognitive, physical, and/or mental disabilities in a mixed living group.
