International-School-of-Zug-and-Luzern is seeking an Eagles Club Assistant to support after-school activities for a group of children during term-time. The role runs weekdays from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., with additional support on in-service days and orientation weeks as needed.

You will plan and lead engaging activities, prepare spaces, work with the Eagles Club Leader, attend staff meetings, and participate in training to ensure a safe, inclusive environment for all children and families.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with children in childcare or school settings.
• Understanding of play and outdoor learning in children's lives.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• English language communication skills.
• Hold a valid Switzerland work permit.

Aufgaben

• Plan and lead age-appropriate activities with the EAGLES team.
• Prepare spaces and outdoor areas for activities.
• Consult with children and involve them in planning.
• Attend regular EAGLES staff meetings.
• Undertake relevant training.
• Provide holistic support to children and families.
• Administer first aid when necessary and consult nursing staff when appropriate.
• Follow ISZL child protection procedures.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with staff, children, and parents.
• Monitor and maintain a healthy, safe and secure environment.
