On's Zurich flagship store is seeking a Store Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service and embody On's brand values. You will greet customers, understand their needs, and offer premium product experiences using cutting-edge technology.

Fluency in English and German (B2) and prior retail experience are preferred. You will contribute to merchandising, events, and community activities while maintaining store visuals and processes.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Retail experience is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to read, write, and speak German (B2).

Aufgaben

• Greet customers as they enter the store and respond to inquiries.
• Provide solutions by listening to customer needs and guiding product selection.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of product information and On branding.
• Assist with merchandising, events, and community activities.
• Support store leadership with process improvements and inventory tasks.
• Maintain premium store visuals and overall customer experience.
• Handle inventory management and new product placement.
• Perform other duties as needed.
