Zusammenfassung

Audax Solutions AG, a Swiss fintech licensed by FINMA, is seeking an experienced ICT operations lead in Zürich. You will own the ICT landscape, ensuring security, patching, inventory, backups and audit-ready evidence.

The role reports to the CTO and sits at the first line of defence within our governance model. You will work directly with the CTO/CCRO on password, access, network, and cloud operations, while maintaining documentation and supporting regulatory audits.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in production infrastructure and security.
• Strong AWS administration across IAM, networking and multi-AZ.
• Excellent documentation to audit-ready standards.

Aufgaben

• Review and accept software from third parties against requirements.
• Ensure IT environments meet security standards and proper documentation.
• Develop cybersecurity strategy and perform threat landscape assessments.
• Manage joiner/mover/leaver lifecycle and enforce least privilege.
• Administer network segmentation and secure remote access.
• Patch systems, track advisories and coordinate fixes.
• Run backups, verify integrity and test DR plans.
• Maintain security logging and incident response readiness.
• Document change management and inventory.
• Oversee ICT service providers and SLA compliance.
• Support payment-infrastructure operations and datacenter presence.
• Onboard new employees and run security training.
